June, 2005 During this period Erinaceous was one of three partnered (PPC2000) building consultants for the Westminster City Council. Erinaceous was responsible for numerous building works programmes across the Westminster region in order to meet the UK Governments ‘Decent Homes’ Standards.
John was one of two Senior Project Managers responsible for delivering this commitment under City West Homes £44 million budget. The role involved acting as the project liaison between stakeholders as well as preparing and managing contracts through valuing, tracking, and certification of the eventual works.
