Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Reporting, Monitoring and controlling the project cost of RO.81M, Construction of 718 villas at Different Location in Quriyat.

1. To work out the Zero cost (project budget) and fix the project profit margin in consultation with top management & HO.
2. Prepare construction schedule (Cl.14 and internal) in primavera P6 by ensuring logical sequencing of activity for optimize the resources utilization and reduce the overheads, also work out the S curve. Further breakdown of the master work structure in to annually, monthly, weekly and daily and ensure that all the concern persons are aware of construction schedule.
3. Prepare critical path analysis, provide progress updates, validation & reporting.
4. To work out the resource requirement, arrangement & allocation, (manpower, material and equipment) as per the budgeted provision in zero cost/project budgets to fulfill the construction schedule prepared also do the resource loading in primavera to find out the resource in each time and stage of the projects.
