April, 2009 - Preparation of Project Schedule for all disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Activities with performed task & milestones.
- Plan and extract weekly / monthly look a head schedules updates & analysis.
- Prepares various monthly, other periodic and adhoc activity reports to keep management advised of status, progress, financial commitments and major areas of concern pertaining to on-going projects. Includes capital budget progress reports, ‘S’-Curve, Cash Flow Curve etc and procurement status reports.
- Prepare baseline Pre-<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />EPC / EPC schedules as part of the bid documents for upcoming projects.
- Develop schedules, monitor progress and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Incorporate all contract changes in the project schedule and document delays to facilitate future claim management
- Identify all critical paths within a project by using float path analysis.
- Corporate and making schedule for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Analyze timelines and contribute to optimizing time performance by Integrate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning operations into the overall project schedule
- Detail working schedule for the arrival of equipment loading for the erection of planned equipment.
- Allocate resources to activities using distribution curves to accurately reflect how the work is performed.
- Analyze changes between versions of schedules with Claim Digger to understand the progress that has taken place in the update period.
- Integrate schedules from engineering, architects, subcontractors and owners to create a master program schedule.
- Easily create fully customizable graphics including Gantt charts, Activity Network Diagrams, Timescale Logic Diagrams and Histograms. Scheduling overall construction activities as per time phase update day by day allocated /up linked with their target plan.
- Coordinate with discipline engineers in preparation of the detailed engineering design and drawings for approved projects, engineers, material specifications, and detailed scope of work, technical specifications.
- Communicate status to general contractors, subcontractors, owners and other project team members via customizable industry standard reports.
- Coordinate labor, material, equipment and subcontractors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget completion.
- Create unlimited “what-if” scenarios to explore alternatives.
- Break activities down into smaller weighted steps and track the completion of the steps to determine the activity percent complete.
- Document risks and calculate risk exposure values and impacts on the project's schedule, costs, and durations.
- Leverage best practices by using your templates and completed projects to build new projects.
- Perform earned value analysis by using past performance to predict a more accurate cost to completion.
- Review Contractor’s/Sub contractors Progress reports for accuracy of progress measurement by different progress monitoring techniques/software’s.
- Work with the Company Business Manager and Project Control Manager for day-to-day project control activities like preparation of manpower forecasts, various reports and presentations to the Management.
- Monitor overall Progress of the Project with Key Performance Indicators -KPI.
