Senior Projects Planner, IMECO, Infrastructure and Maintenance
1. Work directly with the planning and Estimation Department Manager to allocate and plan required resources of labour, under various trades and professions and tools and equipment to build the Project Planning Ledger (PPL)
2. Manage, direct and streamline the activities of the Planning Department Team
3. Establish and Plan a system to find, track and allocate various labour disciplines, trades and professions in addition to equipment and supplies required for a project
4. In charge of rendering planning, Scheduling and Monitoring Services Effectively and as per Company Planning procedure and Contract Requirements.
5. Prepares Progress Measurement Procedures for all Phases of the Project including Determination of Weight Factors.
6. Provides Assistance to the project manager on the project delays, reasons and corrective action suggestions.
7. Prepares baseline programme of all awarded projects
8. Prepare and Analyze Delay of events by Time Impact Analysis (TIA) methodology.
9. Preparation E.O.T Claims and its supporting documents.
10. Prepares Monthly Cash Flow, Manpower and Equipment Histogram Planned Vs. Actual
11. Project Monitoring and Controlling for all ongoing projects and attending meetings.
12. Prepares Weekly, Monthly Reports, Executive Monthly Report and Monthly Progress Presentation
