Worked as Planning Engineer on Crossrail project, 14.8 UKP billion, a new project connecting London to commuter areas east and west of the city. The new 118 KM system is to deliver a high frequency, high capacity service to 37 stations linking City of London, Canary Wharf, the West End, and Heathrow Airport via 21 Km of new twin-bore tunnels under central London.

• Evaluate Project Manager Instruction (PMI) for any time impact to the programme with analysis of consequences as per NEC3.
• Perform prospective and retrospective delay analysis and prepare assessment report.
• Review contractor Extension of Time assessment claims and provide independent view to Project Manager.
• Perform critical analysis on the contractor’s monthly programme and issue report in order to assist the Project Manager to approve the monthly programme.
• Prepare and submit periodic schedule narrative and management summary programme (level 1) for Senior Management review.
• Lead weekly planning meeting with contractor’s planning team on weekly basis.
• Chair weekly meeting collaboratively with contractor in order to eliminate any contentious issues such that may give rise to future claims.
