January, 2013 - Undertake project planning and schedule development, maintenance and monitoring for all phases of the Programme, including engineering, procurement, construction and start-up of facilities.
- Monitor and review key performance indicators to benchmark individual & collective project performance, Implement schedule controls including management of float, earned value and critical paths.
- Analyse and study problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Monitor and report on critical path and schedule performance of project.
- To work with the Engineering Manager, Engineering Coordinator, Area Managers, Package Managers and the Project Control group to assist in the development of project schedule, to ensure that it is appropriately planned, resourced, and reported against.
- To assist the Area Managers/ Engineering Manager to see where remedial action needs to be taken to get a project back on course and running and analyzing project What-If scenarios in different areas to achieve each area milestones.
- Providing resource planning to analyse, forecast and match capacity and capability to prioritised demand and make effective use of resources to deliver strategic objectives.
- Plan, organize and supervise schedule resource loading and leveling. Integrate appropriate staffing requirements for each discipline relative to the overall project needs.
- Conduct schedule analysis utilising resource loading histograms, resource leveling and scurves to ensure schedules are attainable and realistic given available manning.
- Conduct contractor schedule analysis utilising Acumen Fuse, checking schedule quality and integrity.
