Providing consultancy services to assist to BG with development and implementation of their global Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IAPS) initiative. IAPS was designed to provide a structured approach to planning CAP activities over multiple time horizons from 8 years to 2 weeks with the level of detail in the plan being increased as the plan matures.

First phase was development of procedures, guidelines and standards which had been created for the pilot scheme in Trinidad and Tobago. These were reviewed and improved to prepare for roll-out in the various BG assets worldwide. 

Once mobilised to Mumbai I was responsible for engaging with senior management to gain the required buy-in prior to implementation of the IAPS system. My role included mentoring existing planning resources, development of ToR’s for key meetings, education and training for additional integrated planning resources, working with the technology group to develop hardware and software (Primavera P6) platform.
