I was site based full time, performing daily planning duties at this private design and build development for Crest Nicholson consisting of a health & fitness suite, a cinema, restaurants, a multi-storey car park and 200+ residential units, all in post-tensioned RC frames.

There were also two steel frame retail units (mostly shell and core), and extensive Section 278 works.

The challenge on this project was to achieve 20 sectional PC dates. Close progress monitoring using various techniques was used to focus the site team's attention on upcoming areas for completion, as well as those suffering delay.
