Senior Planner – Castlepoint, Bournemouth (design and build contract):

Planned the completion of this £70m design and build retail development, as well as monitoring and reporting progress.

I also did short term planning to remedy localised problems, which were planned out using drawings, method statements and localised programme production in Power Project.

Section Planner – TAG McLaren Paragon Project, Woking (design and build contract):

Planned the completion of this £250m office, research and development centre for the McLaren F1 team, Mercedes and TAG Electronics, which had extensive M&E installations.

I was responsible for planning the envelope completion, all internal fitting out works to the individual buildings, the front of house area and the visitor link building.

The interface of works packages across the building, as well as resourcing the project both individually and as a whole, was complex and demanded extensive short term programming, again with sketches and short term programmes.
