  6. ACCOMMODATION BARGE-1 FOR AFRICAN CARIBE

Responsibilities involve Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Coordination and Project Management using Primavera Project Planner andMS Projects.

  • Engineering, Procurement and Construction activity for Oil & Gas Semi-Submersible Drilling Rigs, PLV Vessels, Accommodation Barges and Ship Building etc.
  • Creation & Maintenance of the overall Coordinated Project Schedule
  • Review & Creation of Client/Contractor Schedules
  • Development of Engineering Bar-chart Schedules, S-curves and Histograms based on deliverables and in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Development of Procedures & Coordination of Methods & Norms for Planning and Scheduling
  • Maintenance of Cash Flow Statements
  • Periodic Progress Reporting/Meetings
