  • Developing project schedule as per work scope and activities.
  • Submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports discipline wise for client and Management
  • Prepare Grid/Matrix to show split of work into zones, areas, discipline and supervisor
  • Revise Level-III plan prepared at the bidding stage, after award of contract, in close co-ordination with Construction Managers and Site Manager
  • Review WBS and OBS and prepare their mapping
  • Configured primavera project planner package at Head Office as per project requirement before moving to site
  • Preparation of schedule for purchasing of Bulk Materials, Consumables, and Tool & Plant requirements
  • Generating Manpower & Equipment Requirement reports as per project phase
  • Responsible for overall control of the project and Level III plan
  • Follow up customer or engineering company for delivery of drawings as per agreed schedule
  • Keeping updated details of Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q)
  • Ensure control of updated versions of drawings, specifications, recall of obsolete documents and that all activities at site are carried out on latest revisions
  • Ensure allocation of drawing to WBS and OBS
  • Ensure that Field Engineering effectively performs their function of estimating BOM and BOQ, preparation of fabrication and installation drawings, and providing clarifications where ever required
  • Ensure that Field Engineers raise and follow up Technical Queries with customer
  • Ensure that Planning Engineers prepare and distribute 3-months and 4-week look ahead schedules to Discipline In-charges Discipline Engineers and Material Controller
  • Update and monitor Level-III plan keeping in view overall master schedule
  • Perform critical path analysis, anticipate bottlenecks and highlight them to Project Manager and Construction Manager
  • Ensure that Central Material Controller keeps track of material receiving & issuance and reconciles with customer
  • Monitor ongoing project activities at site
  • Generate and analyze standard reports related to progress and efficiency on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensure that extra work is properly estimated and monitored and that subcontract work progress is included in the overall scheme
  • Highlight on the weak areas to concentrate in future
  • Support Contracts/Cost Engineer in preparation of contractual claims and invoices
