Sakhalin-1 Project

CM, FM, MM – Exxon Mobil – Oil Pipeline – Eastern Russia

The Sakhalin-1 Project includes three offshore fields: Chayvo, Odoptu, and Arkutun Dagi in Sea of Okhotsk.

Sakhalin-1 potential recoverable resources are 2.3 billion barrels of oil and 17.1 trillion cubic feet of gas (or 307 million tons of oil and 485 billion cubic meters of gas).

The Onshore Production Facility (OPF) started up in October 2006 and ahead of schedule, allowing ramp-up of oil production to a targeted peak rate of 250,000 barrels (34,000 metric tons) of oil per day in February 2007.

Was responsible for developing the base camp construction and facilities construction plan Master Schedule (level 3) in Primavera Project Management software.  Furthermore, developed the 3 Month, 2 week look ahead construction schedules. Other responsibilities included the issuing of all daily construction progress reports and project CTR’s.

Also was responsible for maintenance of control of the execution for the overall pipeline construction schedule, advising on ways to optimize the various works being undertaken.

Developed a system to assist with monitoring of equipment and materials management.  Assisted with optimizing delivery and hand over of materials from Contractor to Subcontractor.
