Kovykta Project - Petrofac International Corporate

PM, E, P, C – TNK-BP – Gas Field – Eastern Siberia

The Kovykta gas condensate field, discovered in 1987.  The reserves of this field amount to 2 trillion cubic meters of gas and more than 83 million tons of gas condensate.

The field is being explored by drilling both vertical and horizontal wells. Extended-reach drilling and other advanced technologies used in this field increase the well stream, decrease the number of required wells, and considerably reduce the cost of gas production.

As Head of the Planning Group in Petrofac Corporate (3 senior planning engineers subordinate)  was responsible for consulting & maintaining planning of the following Projects:

Kovykta Regional Gasification (Project Management Contract)

Korotchaevo Condensate Shipping and Loading Facilities (Conceptual Study)

Sredne-Botuobinskoe Condensate Field Development (Conceptual Study)

Jaisk Oil Refinery (Project Management)

Duties included holding meetings with the client on Full Planning Maintenance of the Projects, producing Monthly/Weekly progress reports.  Performed Project Master Schedule analysis with Critical Path determination, Coordinated annual planning and budget input. Project Risk Analysis and support in developing Project Planning and Cost Control Procedures.
