Project: Construction Management for Black Sea Hotel & Residence Project
i. Scheduling, Monitoring, Controlling and Progress Reporting of the construction activities. Monitoring and Controlling the progress for the Trade Contractors on daily basis.
ii. Prepare the Tender Event Schedule (TES) based on the Master Programme for monitoring the Materials & Equipment Lead Time Schedule.
iii. Prepare the programme include the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for the project.
iv. Progress monitoring based on the Master Programme on daily basis.
v. Involve with the Coordination Meeting, Contractor Progress Meeting and Programme Review Meeting.

Project: Construction Management for Gutenborg Project
i. Develop the Master Programme for Horizontal Early Engagement Works using Primavera 6 with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The programme includes the Design Stages, Procurement & Contract Stages, Enabling Works Stage and Construction Stage.

Prepare the detailed activities up to Level 7 of Construction Works Programme for Enabling Works, Zero Cycle Works up to Ground Floor Structures for Residential and Buildings, New Utilities Infrastructure Works, Tunnel and Roads Works, Bridge Works, Riverbank Works, Landscaping Works and Social & Public Realm Works.
iii. Prepare the Tender Event Schedule (TES) based on the Master Programme to monitor the Lead Time, Tender and Procurement Schedule.
