Nine (9) years of experience in preparing and monitoring schedules for Offshore/Onshore Gas Pipeline EPC Projects, Offshore Platforms FEED/DED Projects, Civil Works Projects and identifying the time/duration and resources required to complete the projects.

Experience gained over the years includes:

• Prepare Schedules (Level 1~3) using Project Management Software i.e. Primavera Project Planner 3.1, Primavera Enterprise 4.1, Primavera Project Management 5.0/6.1 and Microsoft Project 2002/2003/2007,
• Monitor Critical Schedules and provide early warning to the management when schedules are delayed,
• Prepare Progress Measurement System,
• Prepare Planned Early/Late S-Curves and update Actual S-Curves,
• Prepare Manpower/Workload Histograms,
• Prepare Progress, Manhours and Productivity Reports and also comprehensive Weekly and Monthly Reports to the Client.
