Project Manager – EPS 3 (Sellafield) Project

Halcrow’s role on this project was to provide civils & integrated management support to a multi-company project structure reporting to BNFL (Sellafield Sites).

Employed to aid a technical Project Manager on the EPS 3 project to undertake all planning, reporting, earned value & forecasting, costing & invoicing on the Encapsulated Product Store 3 project.

Project Planning Engineer – SDP (Sellafield) Project

Halcrow’s role on this project was to provide both civils & building services design into a multi-company project structure reporting to BNFL (Sellafield Sites).

Employed initially as a Project Engineer on the SDP project (value £4.5M) & due to staff departure, taking on the role of planner using Primavera. Assumed ownership of the plan including the responsibility of correcting significant errors, aligning costs with the contract & maintenance of tiered relationships. This was achieved with client buy-in to re-baseline large sections by mid Apr 08.
