Review & Monitoring of Base line schedules in accordance with construction program, project scope,
deliverables, milestones etc. for project in coordination with the project team.
Performing critical analysis of Key Project activities.
Monitor the progress of work against base line schedule in coordination with the construction team and
suggesting corrective actions.
Determine specific work progress on the project in detail and Capturing actual cost incurred on the project.
Preparation of Physical & Financial Monitoring Dash Boards, Executive Reports.
Ensure the Project Team provides cost and progress inputs on regular basis.
Input new construction contract commitments and changes to the existing commitments which include
change orders, potential changes and internal scope of work changes.
Preparation of Resource Adequacy report, Quality & HSE Management Information reports.
Preparation of Delay Analysis and action plan w.r.t MIP Vs. Actual.
Update physical progress and schedule information which includes remaining duration, cost and other
information’s.
Ensure single point of information is maintained on critical topics within the organization, identify / collate
remedial actions for discussion.
Identification of activities beyond contractual scope and initiation of timely, necessary action to raise claims.
