SPMM is a Project Management approach designed for EPC Projects, based upon APM guidelines and Best Practice across AMEC.

As Project Controller I worked with a core team of six, and a lead from each Discipline to define the management policies,which incorporate quality at all stages of a contract and develop clear performance indicators for the business and projects.

My background in IT and experience qualified me with a unique and vital insight into the practical implementation of such a system.

I received complete training in AVEVA's Vantage suite, Primavera P5 and Pertmaster.

I later returned to the project, produced a completions programme for the project and progressed on a monthly basis with the Project Manager.
