Duties:

 

Network Rail CP5 Framework:

 

  • Developing & maintaining construction programmes using Primavera P6.

  • Maintaining programme data base and micro planning works scheduled for Rail weekend possessions, identifying & monitoring key milestones and critical path of project.

  • Liaising with Project Staff, Subcontractors & Clients.

  • Production of reports for senior management / client against KPI’s.

  • Performing SPI & Earned Value Analysis.

  • Analysing delay & disruptions & developing mitigation strategies with project personnel.

  • Production of Compensation Event / Extension of Time programmes.

  • Production of Tender Programmes.

  • Experience working on various NR / NEC forms of contract.

 


Project experience includes:

 

  • Network Rail – CP5 Wessex Feeder Renewals.

  • LUL Stations Improvement Programme – Electrical works at Baker St Station.

  • Network Rail – CP5 Wessex Fixed Plant Lighting renewals.

  • Network Rail – CP5 Wessex New Shorting Circuit Devices (NSCD).

  • Network Rail – CP5 Wessex Non Traction Renewals (11KV, Transformer, Signalling Power Renewals).

  • Network Rail – CP5 Wessex Substation Renewals.

  • Network Rail – CP5 Wessex DC Protection Relays Renewals.
