working as Planning Manager, at Design and Construction of MRO and Cargo Facilities of Muscat International and Salalah Airports project, I am managing a team of planners in order to prepare, monitor and track Procurement, Engineering & Construction programme for design and build project taking into consideration all the interfaced activities with all other ongoing packages in order to meet all project's requirements, it is my responsibility to develop/review and maintain manpower & equipment requirements and material delivery to site, and to coordinate with all onboard subcontractors and overseeing their overall progress. It is my role to analyze and report issues of delay/disruption, and to prepare mitigation/acceleration plan for critical or delayed activities, and also to analyze and prepare claims or Extension of Time. In addition to above it is my responsibility to review all status reports, s-curves, performance evaluations and project's cash flow.
