Planning Manager

Responsible for the documents progress during the PRE-EPC phase for a FLNG project ( Floating Liquefaction of Natural Gas Unit)

My duties involved:

• Pursue, monitor and record progress for engineering drawings in each area of project activity.
• Supervise  Document Control for maintaining the Overall Master Document list on track with client's guidelines.
• Analysing all deviations form the approved plans and identify potential problems.
• Assist the Project Manager in maintaining the project schedule.
• Produce regular reports on  Weekly and Monthly basis such as weekly progress, cumulative progress, progress figures, S-curves, activities performed up to current week/monthly, activities forecast 2 weeks look ahead, Corrective Plan - differences between activities foreseen and activities performed, Corrective plan - for activities planned but not performed,  to permit the project to be well managed and which highlight areas of concern so as to enable the Project Manager to take timely action.
