As Planning Engineer

PROJECT:

1.       Prepare baseline program for G+3P+HC+14 typical floors+ HP building for Sheikha Moza bint Zayed bin Sultan al Nahian in Al Nahda Sharjah.

2.       Prepare Master schedule of the works for the project G+3P+HC+17 Typical+HP on Primavera V3.1 and monitor the progress of project on regular basis through updating the schedule.

3.       Prepare Master schedule of the works for the project G+3P+11 typical floors building on Primavera V3.1.

4.       Prepare Master schedule of the works for the project G+10 Typical floors on Primavera V3.1 and monitor the progress of project on regular basis through updating the schedule.

5.       Prepare the Base line schedule of works for the project G+4P+15 typical floors on Primavera V3.1.

PROJECT:

G+3P+HC+14 typical floors+ HP building for Sheikha Moza bint Zayed bin Sultan al Nahian in Al Nahda Sharjah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Allocating responsibilities to Supervisors, Foremen and charge hands.

·         Quality control of workmanship and materials

·         Prepare contractual claims as per FIDIC.

·         Execution of all the Structural & Civil works strictly in compliance with the drawings and specifications.

·         Coordination with MEP engineers.

·         Prepare and certify the subcontractor’s bills and payments.

·         Attending weekly and monthly coordination meetings.

·         All incoming and outgoing correspondence with Client, Consultant and subcontractors.

·         Provide necessary backups to the Project Manager.

·         Prepare Progress Reports to update the Client and Consultant regarding the progress of the project.
