- Prepare and present detailed planning information (Gantt charts, histograms, Bar charts, WBS, Baseline Schedules & S Curves) for projects and commercial tenders.
- Develop all planning and scheduling tools to be used in control, monitoring and reporting of projects status.
- Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report schedule status against an established baseline. Assess the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Study Projects drawings, specifications, BOQ and other contract documents from the planning point of view.
