+ Draft & advice PM's on project correspondance realted to progress, cliams & contractual notices.

+ Risk Management and analysis

+ Day to Day Management of Project Control team

+ Set up reporting structure and periods to comply with client requirements

+ Ensure project Control procedures are in place and being followed

+ Chair, review and challenge period end progress reports including forecasts

+ Review and approve subcontractor schedules and maintain master program
