·     Project manager for the construction of 4 drilling rigs modules (OSX WHP 1&2). Project was a consortium with Norwegian companies and had interfaces in Singapore, Vietnam, Houston and Brazil offices. Multicultural project. Contract value of U$ 22M.

·     Responsible for the working group to implement a PMO in SAM.

·     Focal point for Project Management of M-I SWACO in SAM.

·     Support project management discipline for several short-term projects, such as construction projects, tank systems, tank cleaning, equipment assembly in rigs, etc.

·     Development of technical and commercial proposals for bids, with application of project management concepts to the company.

·     Instructor of project management courses within the company
