-        Ensure adequate resource and competency of personnel in conjunction with the Director of Project Services to operate all Project Services control systems and tools in accordance with contractual requirements and maintaining compliance with the individual project needs.

-        Establish and maintain good client relations and communications via approved procedures and contractual controls, as well as an effective communication interfaces for all areas of the project.

-        Provides effective direction and coordination of project activities and report on contract performance and management with respect to project planning/scheduling, physical progress and document control in producing the required project reports to the project team and corporate management.

-        Responsible for the project /scheduling, and document control groups on a project, and all subsequent controls.

-        Work across a number of live projects, interfacing with Project Manager, Project Cost Analyst, Project Risk Manager, Project Planner, Project Document Controller, Tender Team, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and HSE.

-        Management of a staff composed by 7 Planners, 5 Document Controllers and 1 Trainee.
