Programme Planner: During initiation phase, participate in scope definition and structuring sessions, WBS creation and further detailing, determining scope management strategy and designing and creating further tools and templates to be used within the programme for project control and scope management.

During Planning phase, defined schedule model and strategy, drew up guidelines for the creation of component plans and supplier plans. Assisted, coached project managers and team leads in the creation of their schedules (from WBS to Activity lists to use of MS Project in creating an own schedule) and in some cases took over the schedule creation role for componenet plans. Thereafter consolidated and integrated the plans via dependency mapping sessions and 1-on-1 appointments, and gained approval for the eventually optimized integrated schedule. After baselining, Execution to closeout, wore two hats - Programme Planner and PMO manager where my focus was on project control and overall project office management.
