Project Delays Analysis & Preparation for the EOT & Legal Claims
Earned Value Management
Managing Baselines.
Preparation of project As Built programs.
Planning coordination meetings with the Engineer/Subcontractors/Vendors
Proactive influence to Project Management with regard to general Policies, Plans and Strategies in order to optimize Project execution
Project Updating, Scheduling, and Leveling of Cost & Resources
Preparing Organization Charts & Labor Histograms
Customizing and issue of necessary MIS & Executive Summary Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly), etc.
