*The Gardens project was a big challenge to the company, being the first step to boost its  yearly turnover by four times. The Management was concerned about the financial outcome. To answer the concern - played a lead role in selecting suitable software (CCS), computerized the  traditional made estimate to detailed budget, monitored the progress and cost by earned value method which resulted in a reliable cost and  profit forecasting system.
