January, 2008 The Elysian Development, Cork (€125m)includes a 17 storey residential tower, which is currently Irelands tallest building, plus other Residential (211 apartments total), Commercial and Retail. The development also includes a 2 storey underground car park. The development is located on a brown field, tidal site and included post-tensioning in the basement design. My involvement in this project was from the start of Post Contract through to Handover.

- Resource Analysis and Ongoing Assessment
- Procurement Management of Sub-Contractors
- Due Diligence
- Value Engineering workshops
- Risk Management workshops
- Coordination of On Site Activities on a daily basis
- Coordination and control of information requirements
- Coordination and control of material orders and deliveries
