Duties:

  • Monitor schedules to identify trends and takes proactive measures to maintain progress.
  • Monitor cost to identify trends and takes proactive measures to control costs.
  • Develop and manage a contract change control program for the project.
  • Develop and manage the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Integrated Project Schedule.
  • Prepare Exception Reports, showing the comparison between original

and current plan, analyze potential impacts and recovery plans as

needed

  • Critical Path Analysis and schedule risk analysis as needed.
  • Prepare milestone reports
  • Analyze category A1, A2, A3, B &C equipment procurement delivery

schedules

  • Develop the format and requirements of the schedules and institute the

processes and procedures to implement and update these schedules for supporting the various sub-organizations of the project by providing a structure for expected inputs and frequency of updates

  • The Level 3 schedule, the 3 month rolling schedule and the detail

schedules for the BOP primary equipments

  • Work process development and analysis
