Analysis of Baseline Schedule submitted by Contractors, monitoring periodic performance based on approved plan, communicating project status to all the stake holders.

Analysis of Progress reports send by Main Contractor and Consultants

Analysis of claims for time extension.

Planning and Coordination with all medical equipment and Client Direct suppliers. Sub Contractors for interface.
