My professional job started from January of 2008 in Sanmen Nuclear Power project and it lasts till now. As soon as my joining in SPMO (Site Project Management Office) team, my first job was to inspector construction area, I was assigned to be a Containment building inspector. My major responsibility was to inspect the construction site and report the site progress and concerns to my managers. After that, I was assigned to Containment Vessel team to be a supervisor on supervising CV bottom head assembling which was mainly about welding construction. After 10 months of CV experience, I was assigned back to Containment building team to be a civil engineer. In that team I spent two years on civil construction coordination work with contractors. And then my job changed to mechanical team to be responsible of mechanical equipment and module installation, and I was the supervisor of my team. After may manager leaving the project, I was assigned to be the mechanical team manager and then the construction completion manager, and then system turnover manager. In the end of 2017, I became the construction department deputy manager and after two year’s experience of deputy manager of construction department, I was assigned to Project control department deputy manager and acting manager of PCD. Now I am Project Control Department Manager since September 17 of 2020.
