Assist the Head of Department (PMT) to manage the development of Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex (PIPC) during initiating, planning, executing, controlling & monitoring and closing which involves the Federal & State Government as well as GLC and Private Oil & Gas related companies. Among the roles & responsibilities are:

o   To coordinate the development of road, infrastructure, utilities and public amenities’ projects to support private investors at PIPC

o   Responsible & accountable for efficient management and execution of both Projects at Site from Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Completion Stages.

o   To advise the Head of PMT on the matters concerning on issues, risks and proposed their mitigation plan/way forward to resolve it amicably.

o   To assist UPENJ on managing the housing replacement project at Taman Bayu Damai

o   To establish the format for weekly dashboard report

o   To formulate system related to monitoring the Project’s progress to ensure timely completion

o   To train and provide guidance for the Analyst/Senior Analyst in PMT in order for them to deliver the expected result

o   To formulate the format & frameworks of progress updates on periodical basis
