Program Controls Engineer responsible:
o Developing client criteria, requirements, and specifications for schedule development and maintenance.
o Supervising contractors' project schedule development in Primavera P6 and MS Project 2003 – 2007 for the client.
o Managing Baseline Schedule reviews and rendering to meet client requirements.
o Supervising project CMCS for review of project schedule updates and maintenance.
o Work capacity: 200 projects and 400 contracts.
o Program budget: $ 40 billion
o Program type: Town and city infrastructure (Water Supply, Drainage, Roads, Landscaping, Electricity, Telecom, Gas) – Housing units (200k housing units)
