Ross Planning contract for Volker Fitzpatrick via ATA Recruitment

This role will be dealing purely with the East Void works at the front of the station - using P6 & MS Project. This area is to be developed for Retail purposes (currently there is nothing there) Volker Fitzpatrick are the Principle Contractor overseeing the construction of this area, ready for the retail ‘fit out’ companies to come in to build the retail facilities. Currently they have procured a steel work subcontractor to install the structural steel for the void, which is now ready to be constructed. The key challenges of this is that the void backs directly on to the new footbridge and then onto Navigation Street. This will have significant interface with the Live railway environment so Possessions will be used over weekends to install the steel. The Planner will be responsible alongside the Agent for getting the programme delivered with limited interruptions.
