·         Controlling the engineering, procurement and construction phases of the project using Primavera package (P3e)

·         Monitoring and controlling resource and cost of the project

·         Critical Path Analysis (CPA) to identify the project bottleneck and key activities

·         Liaising with main contractors, sub-contractors and other stakeholders involved
