As Senior / Lead Planner:

Created and updated a detailed Piping Plan for the Marathon Alba B 3 project. Regular utilisation of Primavera Risk Analysis. Created a very detailed Mechanical Completion schedule for visual inspection of Bolt Tensioning, Hydrostatic,and Pneumatic testing, Reinstatement and Mechanical Completion of the Piping planning for Alba. Created a schedule model for the Onshore Pre-Commissioning team.Realised the Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning Scheduling Plan, designed the WBS Structure and made the first draft for Hook-up and Commissioning planning for the Marathon Alba B3 project. Set up the Project schedule for ONE P11 project.

As Planning & Project Control Consultant: Advised the Business Solution Team on theproject "Integrated Planning". Contributed towards the setting up and development ofthe Integrated Planning Concept in which the integration of Primavera and the ERPpackage IFS served as a starting point.. Advised fellow planners in the area of EOTIssues, Primavera Scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts andtechniques. Advised on area of Schedule Compression techniques. Advised BusinessSolution Team on best suited Project Management methodology.
