1.      Development, and updating  of overall project planning including contractual target comparison and detailed schedule integration for all the phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning) with cooperation of the team component;

2.      Coordination with project engineer and engineering team for document issue planning;

3.      Compilation of Calendar plans and schedules to be attached at Request of quotation for supplier and contractor;

4.      Progress planning and control, physical progress and “S” curve issue for each phases and overall project;

5.      Project Target/actual comparison analysis, and remediation action;

6.      Monitoring and Comment to Supply and contractor monthly report, progress, and productivity, and weekly look ahead preparation for construction and commission phases;

7.      Preparation of project monthly report to internal Management, and/or Client;

8.      Attendance to coordination / Interface meeting with client, partner and subcontractors.
