- Responsible for the development of the overall detailed construction programme/schedule of work for front end loading, design, engineering, procurement and construction phases
- Displaying and analysis of project critical path and advice project team on results and any appropriate corrective action
- Produce and maintain project baseline and execute change control process as appropriate
- Resource loading and level of programme and produce resource histograms to communicate effects on programme schedule to project team
- Reporting using Earned Value Analysis techniques and interpret/communicate results and corrective action to project team
- Review planning capability requirements and mentoring other planning resource in their personal career development
- Managing and engagement of Stakeholder expectations on key programme deliverables and communicating progress as required
