Worked as Planning Engineer - Project(s) with Techno Engineer Services Pvt. Ltd. at Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Worked at PMO based in UAE on a 102.600kms 42” dia pipeline project from Tuba Tank Farms to Central Production Facilities (Site located in Iraq) for Lukoil client and also for Takreer Refinery Project for various pipelines equivalent to 950kms approx with various dia of 8”, 12”, 18” etc.The role included but was not limited to the following:

• Understanding the scope of work and developing the milestones to be achieved at different phases of the project.
• Preparing the master schedule based on the scope of work and target milestone using Primavera P6.
• Updating master schedule on primavera P6 for all tasks related to construction activities related to civil, mechanical, instrumentation, pipelines and telecommunication works.
• Updating the daily site progress by taking input from construction team.
• Analyzing the progress achieved to identify the risks that may lead to slow progress.
• Directing the subcontractors for achieving the project completion as per schedule.
• Highlighting to management about areas falling behind of schedule and their impact on budget.
• Coordinating with construction department, QA/QC department for any queries that may arise by management.
• Updating the P6 programme and generating S-Curve based on the same.
