Worked at different projects related to interior Fit-out, non-structural metal works, FF&E for Airport project “Midfield Terminal”, "Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi" (Client SIXCO JV) and Habtoor Leighton Group HLG “Al Mafraq Hospital Extension” at Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi Palace and mother Palace at Sharjah, W- Hotel, Viceroy Hotel & Resports, Sheraton Hotel at Dubai.

• Preparing master plan for production, procurement and installation phase of the project using primavera P6.
• Establishing within the programme the critical milestones at different phases, sections, locations of the project.
• Tracking the progress of project based on defined milestones.
• Tracking the site progress of work section wise as per developed schedule.
• Highlighting to the senior management for the area of improvement and directing the subcontractors for necessary action against any shortfall in work performance.
• Identifying the variations in the project and negotiating with subcontractors to perform the work as per variations.
• Performing the updates on Primavera P6 as per site progress achieved.
• Attending site meetings with subcontractors for progress review.
• Calculating of Actual progress percentage achieved vs planned percentage.
• Maintaining records of site works as per audit requirements.
• Advising the senior management for areas of improvement to finish the work on time.
