Project Manager, Morgan Sindall Construction Heathrow Airport – Airside & Landside Projects Kevin is currently managing two projects at Heathrow for Heathrow Airport Ltd – the ‘Hardening of the Secure Perimeter Project’ – a £4.9m project to enhance the boundary at Heathrow, and ‘Electric Vehicle Charging’ – part of HAL’s drive to move toward an electric fleet of airside vehicles. Kevin was previously part of a team delivering a new Cargo Handling facility for British Airways, at Heathrow responsible for managing many aspects of the building fit-out. This is a £30m project, critical to BA’s Cargo growth at the airport. Kevin was also part of the Project Management Team for the Heathrow Cargo Tunnel refurbishment project. This was a £100m+ project to replace all of the systems within an operationally critical asset, with a small night working window. Kevin has also delivered the Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) improvement project at Heathrow Airport. The project is spread across T2 and T5 Aircraft Stands and involved the management of both design and construction activities.
