  • Assessment of subcontractor application for payment each period to align with the Crossrail accountancy dates for approval of the senior QS.
  • Production of 3 monthly forecast incorporating subcontract, labour, plant and materials, to be reported into project controls. Assist project controls with presentation of forecast to Crossrail programme engineer and to re-base line the section programme.
  • Collation of all labour and materials on site for reconciliation and costing as part of the monthly forecasts for the Preliminaries section. Report and present data to the Preliminaries package manager.
  • Lead all final account agreements with subcontractors for the section and negotiate a contract position before set deadlines.
  • Delivery of all section procurement including the administration and preparation of the tender process from tender selection to contract award.
  • Production of NEC contract data including preparation of activity schedule with the section engineers and project manager.
  • Preparation of compensation event register to record and monitor all compensation events issued in the period and agreed with implementation of quotations.
  • Review of all project managers instructions (PMI), which affect the section and involvement in the build-up of an estimate for the new scope for implementation into the project target cost.
  • Preparation of application to payment for Crossrail with the project accountant and discussion and resolution of any queries regarding subcontractor payments.
