February, 2019 - Quantity surveyor leading all commercial project duties for 4 schemes and reporting directly into a Commercial Manager.
- Project cost forecasting including production of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and Forecasting to complete (FTC).
- Submission of FTC to the client and review of changes in the period.
- Payment applications to the client for the assessment of the cost and or value of direct staff, plant, materials and subcontracted works executed within each period.
- Contract administration of all subcontractors operating under NEC3 ECS contract pricing option A.
- Contract administration of all project contracts operating under NEC3 ECC pricing Option C incorporating client amendments through online cloud-based software. This includes raising EWN’s, promoting and attending risk reduction meetings, raising Compensation Events and pricing Compensation Events.
- Approval/coding of all requisitions applicable to the schemes.
- Review of programme changes in the period with the Project Manager and planner to ascertain recoverable delay through the CE mechanism.
- Review and log of all risks associated with the project stage and formal mitigation of the risks through online software.
- Production of budget and scope advice to the client, to assist with their governance project approvals prior to the construction phase.
- Payment notices to all subcontractors in a timely manner.
