  • Define and create appropriate Business/Project Management end to end processes, contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic advice for implementing business level Project Controls solutions
  • Establish, update and maintain the project control business systems (P6) ensuring the integrity of all underpinning schedule, cost, change and risk inputs through the life of the project.
  • Provide support and process to allow the project to capture scope, schedule, cost, performance, risk, assurance and health and safety information.
  • Set-up a project framework, leading the creation of the OBS and WBS, that aligns to the project requirements.
  • Provide an integrated project control solution to report project performance using earned value reporting and manage change using the NEC form of Contract.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, including resource loading, earned value forecasting and reporting which integrate to provide monthly project reports, published to client deadlines.
  • Lead earned value management reporting, ensuring project teams use EV data to manage projects.
  • Ensure all project commitments are accurately recorded and maintain updated final project and cost forecasts
  • Lead planning and progress meetings and workshops as required and challenge supplier progress claims
  • Ability to work across key functional areas of business management and educate them in their roles to support a complete Project Controls System
  • Ability to train, educate and mentor in all aspects of Project Controls, Earned Value Management, Project and Programme Management at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to develop and manage successful 3rd party relationships, including suppliers and contractors
