Selected Accomplishments:

Set up and management of dedicated Primavera-based SQL databases for multiple projects spanning 5 years in defense of multimillion dollar claims.

Implementation of AACE International (Authority for Total Cost Management) protocols to streamline defense data for Mediation and Arbitration.

Standardizing of formats and templates in support of basic to complex cases.

Implementation of “Activity Code” structured “Pivot Tables” for all defense cases to enable non Primavera user’s access to Primavera-based resource data and to streamline the audit process through Mediation and Arbitration.

Set up Framework System to divide complex claims into manageable portions for defense.

Standardizing of formats and templates in support of basic to complex cases.
