•  Construction of IT parks, Hotels & Malls by Developing 110 Acre Land – Software Layout Unit.  Value - 13,000 Million INR Construction of 20- IT buildings, 1- Hotel, 1-Mall with all finishing & MEP etc & Developing RG in common, Infrastructure for whole 110 acre area. etc

Responsibilities Handled:

• Panning & Co-ordination
• Preparing of Construction program with MEP for IT Building & Infrastructure works.
• Tracking of the same weekly, monthly.
• Preparing of progress reports weekly, monthly with progress status as well design status on various issues of the project.
• Scheduling of Co-ordination meeting with consultant’s i.e Architects & Structural Consultants to resolve the design issues personally with DGM,
• Maintaining Drawing records, register & tracking the same.
• Raising& tracking of RFI, CVI,
• Preparing of MIS.
• Follow up with contractor & tendering department for order finalization & Mobilization etc.     
• Arranging the samples of construction materials, finishes & MEP presenting them to the architects & Clients for the approval.
• Taking off the QTY’s for Doors i.e for all three kinds which are used in the project with the frames, shutters, ironmongery. Identifying the agency, finalizing the rates, on analysis & awarding the same

• Software Development centre for TCS– IT Building - Scope - Construction of Multi-storeyed building i.e Structure, block work, finishing & services plumbing, fire fighting etc. Value – 380 Million INR (Sept’02 to Dec’03)

Responsibilities Handled:

• Preparing of Master Construction program & reviewing monitoring of the same weekly, monthly basis .by progress status. 
• Preparing the progress report daily, weekly & monthly.
• Raising of RFI, CVI with the site co-ordination & tracking thee same.
• Maintaining the drawing records & register.   
• Monthly requisitions of for construction material based on the drawing & site requirement.  
• Reconciliation of materials.
