Planning Engineer

Project Undertaken:

• Business Bay – 11 Executive towers +1 Hotel TowerConstruction of 10 residential towers +1 Office Building +1 Hotel Tower. Floors Varying from 30 floor to 52 Floors Value of the project -2.2 Billion AED
• Hotel Tower having 36 Floors consisting of 316 suits valued    200 Million AED. Scope: - Structure and Finishing works as complete package.

Responsibilities Handled:

• Monitoring the progress based on the CL-14 Schedule for Clients & based on target for internal.
• Preparing the weekly & monthly reports for the clients. .  
•  Preparing the report for the co-ordination meeting monthly
• Tracking of the issues at the site related to discrepancy in drawing hindering the progress of the work at the site.
• Assigning of the resources to the project based on the standard productivities.   
• Preparing the claims, mainly time extension, Impacted delays
• Tracking of nominated & domestic contractors work.
• Organizing and chairing the meetings with the contractors and consultants for the HOTEL TOWER
