• Reporting to the Vice President for Nuclear, Defence & Power (N&D), managed the divisions finances including preparation & reporting  of annual budgets ( Revenue, Cost, Margin & Overheads)
• Managed and oversaw project controls for engineering and consultancy projects within the N&D market sector. Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating, monitoring, and quality review.
• Co-ordination and control of the N&D division monthly corporate reports. (backlog, new business, resource, planning & overhead budgets)
• Structured and controlled the finances for N&D business group project portfolio. (Project analysis, Revenue, Cost, Margin & Hours)
• Team management for the N&D division central support services (Accommodation, Security, Document Control, Project Controls, Planning (P6) and IT).
• Business development support through out the company (price fixing, estimating, planning etc).
